Q : Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

Ans : Yes  (Excluding Particular Section)

Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Ans: after acceptance of order It will usually take minimum 4 - 7 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times may vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q : Is shipping really FREE?

Ans : Yes, Shipping is FREE all over India. (Excluding Jewellery, Blouse Section)

Q : Do you provide a refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?

Ans : Yes, we have our simple 4 days return and refund policy only if the product is damaged or not working properly. Please check that in our policy section. 

(No return and refund available on Jewellery/ Beauty/ Gifts sections products)

Q : How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

Ans : It will usually take between 1-2 business days.

Q : Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Ans : Yes, all customers will receive confirmation after placing their orders (NOTE: Please contact us if you don't receive one within 1-2 business days)

Q : How to cancel my order?

Ans : In the event you wish to cancel your order, please email us your order number at info@mangalampaithani.com (NOTE : Contact us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order)

If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package
